Deb!! I also do intermittent fasting on the exact same schedule as you! Initially, I was drinking coffee with the smallest amount of sugar in the creamer and not really losing weight. Once I made the tiny change to Nutpod or black, those last stubborn pounds melted off. I can tell my digestion is so much better now. Also, I am limited dairy and processed sugars and walk most nights after I eat, so there is that. Isn't it great!?
