Isn't it funny how some people miss the point for the sake of glomming onto numbers/apps that offer false security? Anyways, I also do what feels right and at 47 am in the best shape of my life. almost daily walking outside, with a little tennis, yoga and swimming tossed in throughout the week, as well as eating food mostly prepared by me, with some fun stuff thrown in, works just fine. I don't track my sleep because the food/exercise ensures I am usually sleeping just fine.
